Diritto di Recesso

Ai sensi degli artt. 52 e seguenti del Codice del Consumo italiano (D.Lgs. 206/2005), il consumatore ha diritto di recedere dal contratto entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricezione del prodotto, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione.

Condizioni importanti

  • Termine: Il cliente ha 14 giorni dalla data di ricezione del prodotto per esercitare il diritto di recesso.
  • Spese di spedizione: Le spese di restituzione del prodotto sono a carico del cliente.
  • Rimborso: Il rimborso verrà effettuato solo dopo che il prodotto sarà stato ricevuto e verificato dal nostro personale.
  • Verifica preliminare: Ogni richiesta di recesso viene verificata dal nostro personale prima di essere accettata. Si precisa che alcuni prodotti non rientrano nel diritto di recesso, come ad esempio i prodotti personalizzati o realizzati su misura (artt. 52 e ss. del Codice del Consumo italiano).

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason.

Important conditions

  • Deadline: The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • Shipping costs: The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
  • Refund: The refund will be issued only after the product has been received and verified by our staff.
  • Preliminary check: Each withdrawal request is verified by our staff before being accepted. Please note that some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as personalised or custom-made products (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code).
